Courses
Courses
I am looking at courses to pick up over the next year. This is more a wiki to be updated than a real post.
Coursera / Coursera Plus.
Courses are comparitaively cheap and can be a bit low on instruction. They also tend not to come with qualifications that are that useful. More useful for tech skills.
- Astrobiologgy
- Spacecraft Dynamics Control
- Density Functional Theory
- Chemical Biology
- Algae
- Modern Robotics
- Robotics
- Bioinformatics
- Discrete Optimization
Open University Module.
A lot more expensive but could be put towards an OU qualification if I wanted. More in depth intrustion and possible to make connections – althought I havent in the past as well as I would like. I really enjoyed the geology one. The planetary science one I did not find the lectures useful. The tests were meh and i skipped them due to other charity work taking up time.
Oxford University.
This is a lot cheaper than a full OU course I havent had one yet so I don’t know the content. Some might involve going to oxford for some day trips which could be fun.
