To combat the winter gloom / distract myself from cleaning the house I bought a little construction kit to make a marble run with some mechanical bits.
I have always been interested in automata and have done some modeling kits so had been thinking of something like this for a while but wanted something with some complexity as the more basic ones I didnt feel would give me a sense of accomplishment and I wouldnt want to have around.
This one from ROKR looked interesting and had a number of interesting components. I did it over 3 days and am pleased with the result.
